If I could give this brand zero stars, I would. I requested a refund in August, and now it's November, with no money returned. I'm frustrated, especially as a teenager with limited funds. I've sent multiple emails, but it's becoming ridiculous. I'm hoping for my money back after seeing so many negative reviews about refunds. I won't be ordering from this site again.
