Terrible company with very rude customer service. I ordered a £120 coat for my daughter, and within two weeks, the zipper broke. They allowed me to return it but couldn't exchange it due to stock issues, and they claimed the refund would take seven days. I asked if I could get the coat repaired and be reimbursed for the cost, but they flatly refused. Now my daughter is without a coat in the cold, and I can't buy another until they process my refund. They offered free delivery on my next order as compensation, which hardly feels adequate.
