Didn't receive my refund

I love the clothes from Stradivarius, but unfortunately I do have to leave a negative review due to a refund that was never given. I bought some clothes in one of their shops in Madrid, where I was on holiday, and decided to return one of the items again. The guy at the counter mentioned that the money would be refunded back onto my card and that I didn't have to do anything anymore. I don't remember if I received a receipt but if I did, I unfortunately don't have it anymore. Normally at other shops I'm never too concerned about losing the receipt but I guess at Stradivarius you should be, because I still haven't received my refund after 4 weeks. Therefore one star only.
