Absolute pain in the *** company. My order did not arrive for 1 week, I had to chase them down to be told " hmm that's strange, I don't know what's going on, let me escalate this and we'll let you know " .Taking even longer to process a refund when I returned it the same day it arrived. Completely ignoring my email, stating my disgrace at them when I demanded my refund. When the refund was actually issued all I got a robotic one line response.Sigh, shame on you all. You can find every product I've bought from you being sold now on eBay.
