I have been monitoring a parcel that was meant to be delivered by the service. I use the term 'meant to' because it has been stuck in the depot for 5 days with no updates. It seems this is typical for this company, and I will recommend to the sender not to use this service in the future. Having a package sit in a warehouse for 5 days is far from what I expect from a delivery service.
