First time using Temu as an online retailer and the parcel was delivered within the identified window by Temu. The parcel was dropped off by a friendly and professional driver, who took photos as well to prove that the parcel was delivered. I have no negative comments. Sorry if others did not experience the same level of service.
I made a purchase through the platform and saw that the shipping service shared a misleading image of packages on shelves as proof of delivery. The parcel area in my building doesn't resemble the picture they provided. They didn't even attempt to buzz me for delivery. This shipping service feels like a total scam and deserves to be shut down.
