Poor and condescending customer service. I paid nearly $500 for them ask for more money for shipping MONTHS after order was made. I used the ShopPay App which does not show the hidden cost like their website does. The ShopPay app and their website do not sync in terms and conditions. They have ZERO customer service values. They expect people to read through all their fine print on shipping which is unrealistic. No better than dealing with a teenager working their first job. They will respond to your emails with pure disdain. My entire family adores blind boxes and we buy from dozens of different companies. I have never been treated like this by anyone else.
