I was really let down by the frequent delays and lack of responses. This started when my partner first requested a quote, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, we received no reply. We ended up placing an order for a patio, which was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, but was pushed to January 7. When that date came, there was still no delivery, and we were informed of another delay until January 21. They should have communicated this earlier, and now our plans for an event at home are jeopardized due to these issues. The delays and poor communication have been extremely frustrating.
