Review Time
Purchased roof from Dandenong store. Delivery was made much later than was originally quoted and was cancelled several times by Stratco. When the delivery finally arrived. I was not notified that there were materials missing. No notification was given that the delivery would be incomplete. Weeks of attempting to get an answer about it was futile. I was constantly lied to by state manager and 50 days later recived the missing materials. Had l been made aware at any stage there would be a 50 day delay, l would have not engaged with the order. During the 50 day period after delivery (which is when l was first aware l wouldn't be receiving all the materials) l repeatedly asked for a refund and materials to be returned to Stratco. They have continually refused to accept any wrong doing and will not refund the money or take back the materials.
Fast delivery. Reasonable easy to assemble for a flat pack shed. Instructions provided on assembly are step by step and are not hard to follow. Providing you have the correct tools and equipment to do the job it will take about 2 hrs. A 2nd person to help with the project is recommended.
The roof of my carport came off because of an installation error, and despite the company and their installer being aware of the mistake, they refused to provide assistance. Their suggestion was to complain to the building watchdog, which I knew wouldn’t help. Now I'm facing $17,000 in repairs and dealing with a damaged vehicle. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

I was really let down by the frequent delays and lack of responses. This started when my partner first requested a quote, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, we received no reply. We ended up placing an order for a patio, which was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, but was pushed to January 7. When that date came, there was still no delivery, and we were informed of another delay until January 21. They should have communicated this earlier, and now our plans for an event at home are jeopardized due to these issues. The delays and poor communication have been extremely frustrating.
