I am extremely disappointed with Strathberry’s customer service and refund process.I bought two bags (orders 206991 and 206063) which I returned at the beginning of December. According to tracking, the bags arrived back with Strathberry on 9th December. Today is 9th January, and I still have not received my refund.I have tried to contact the company multiple times via chat, email, and phone. After many attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone on live chat. I was told they would contact the finance department, but they could not tell me how long it would take to issue my refund. This answer was completely unacceptable.Under UK consumer law, refunds should be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. It has now been a month. I called again three days later and still received no update or resolution.I am an NHS nurse, and having £600 unavailable to me for over a month, when I did not keep the goods, is simply not right. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is shocking.Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from Strathberry—especially if there is any chance you may need to return an item.
