I ordered two pairs of shoes that were delivered on 4/25/22. So a little over a year and a half ago. The Logan and the Lennox. Sadly, both shoes are still in amazing condition because I can't wear them. Both are beautiful designed shoes and I love them, I just can't wear them. I double checked my sizing even checked to see if they were true to size or run large or small? The Logan ran too big and the Lennox too small and dug into my heels, and both shoes are the same size. Also on the Lennox, besides cutting into my heel, the back portion of the shoe was bad quality and some bad quality and fitting besides being too big with the logan. By the time I wore each one a few times and realized I couldn't wear either of them it was already past 30 days. I wish they had The Logan puff back when I ordered, because it looks like they have improved the logan quite a bit since than. The customer service was excellent though, I had emailed them a couple times about my order and they emailed me back right away and gave me the information I needed quickly.
