Extremely poor customer service; they are unprofessional and rude. When I inquired about the return fees concealed in their policy, I was labeled a 'cheap' customer. Unfortunately, it's hard to change people's attitudes. I doubt that if I were face-to-face with them, the person who used that language would have the courage to say it.
Good shoes similar to vans. Just warning! Do not buy the random pair. It was like $20 but I was curious to see if they’d give me a random normal pair. They gave me the fruitiest, gayest, pair of shoes I’ve ever seen created. It’s obvious a liberal designed these. If I could attach a picture I would. But it had a bunch of hearts on them and the back flipped up and says peace on one shoe and love on the other. I wanted to throw up when I saw them.
Even though they say it in their return policies, they are thieves when it comes to charging so much for returns based on size. In all other online stores, returns can be made without charges even if it has been used. I do not buy any more nor do I recommend it.
