Highly recommended for beginners and injury recovery

I have been having personal training sessions with Rich for around 2 years now, initially to help me recover from an ankle injury and then working towards personalised health and fitness goals. Rich helped me to evaluate my eating habits and set some healthier goals. Our review of the past week at the start of each session helps me to keep focussed on my goals and enables Rich to personalise the session. As a lady in my late 40s, my physical health is fluctuating and changing. Rich listens to my challenges, adapts each session accordingly and checks in frequently throughout, providing alternative movements if I am finding a particular move difficult or painful. Rich has a deep knowledge of the body's physical structure and mechanics and this has helped me to understand what I might be experiencing and how movement and exercise can help to improve things. My sessions have included balance, strength, cardio work and stretches to improve muscle tightness. Rich is encouraging and motivating and provides helpful feedback on how I can improve a movement. He is extremely personable and I would highly recommend Rich, and the Strealth team, to anyone who is starting out on their fitness journey or who is needing support to recover from an injury.
