Placed a preorder that was supposed to come in Oct. Received an update the last day of Sept that said it would be late because a hurricane delayed the product. I figured ok, I can wait, but no update came. On the artists social media, people were receiving their stuff a week after the delay. Its end of the month so I asked for a shipping update. 2 days ago and no reply at all.
