Streamily has been a great site to order autographs from and I had received my prints fairly quickly and customer service has been rather engaging and replies very quickly within a day or 2. However I ordered a limited print as a VIP with live signing privileges. Streamily even confirmed my address with me and proceeded to send it to the wrong person and refused to have it re-routed to me. Opted for a replacement instead of a refund because hey I paid for the experience and print. They should look into return policies for international posts because it was their mistake of not checking the address. I know the actors are busy but it was Streamily's mistake of sending it to the wrong person/address. They are behaving as if it's not their problem by throwing the word refund around casually.
