Isn't there an option for 0 stars? I've ordered an autographed picture, but due to Covid that celebrity couldn't autograph pictures immediately. Understood! However I watched the celebrity signing my picture while they were streaming it on MAY 15. It's been almost a month and I never received my picture. The customer service keep replying my emails saying: "we are sorry for that delay, but we can't control when celebrities send the pictures back to us". They just can't control anything, except for charging the order. Clients are just a number for this company. I'll NEVER order anything with them again.
