We made the decision to switch from a popular platform to this service in 2026, purchasing it during a Black Friday sale with the intention of using it for streaming and podcast recording. Our initial tests were disastrous. The service is unable to handle multiple participants at once, and the lag in audio and video made communication impossible. After attempting to resolve the issues, we requested a refund 19 days after purchase. Sadly, we did not receive any human response; it felt as though the customer support team had been replaced by automated systems. We recommend avoiding this service entirely.
