Be very cautious about unauthorized charges. I signed up for a free trial to explore the platform, only to receive monthly bills despite not using the service at all after signing up. The customer care team is aware that I haven't used the account, yet they continue to take my money without hesitation.
I tried to join a stream using a headset that I know works well, as I use it daily and had just participated in another stream with a different service. However, I couldn't get this service to recognize my microphone input. With only a few settings options available, I quickly tried every combination, but it refused to acknowledge my microphone. I ended up missing an important stream due to these issues.
I've had support tickets open for about four weeks now, and I've been unable to stream, losing valuable followers daily! I received an auto-reply confirming receipt of my tickets, but there has been no real response or support. This situation is seriously damaging my new streaming channel, and the support team has shown no willingness to help fix the issues I'm facing. They just keep pushing me to upgrade to a premium version for a program that clearly isn't functioning properly.
This paid service is non-functional. I will not renew my subscription. I have been able to stream reliably with other platforms. I spent five hours trying to make it work but had no success. The interface is not user-friendly and is confusing between desktop and web. Within a week, I had to download three different versions, and the desktop didn't recognize the web interface. They need significant improvements.
