We chose to switch from a popular platform to this service in 2026, purchasing it during a Black Friday sale with the hope of using it for streaming and podcast recording. Unfortunately, our initial tests were a total failure. The service has difficulty managing multiple participants at once, and the audio and video lag made communication impossible. After trying to troubleshoot the product, we decided to request a refund 19 days after purchase. To our disappointment, we received no human response; it felt like the customer support was entirely automated. We strongly recommend against using this service.
