Do NOT purchase from this seller. They misled me regarding duty charges, and I was compelled to pay to receive my package. Additionally, the TV arrived in a severely damaged condition. Now, I'm stuck with a broken item that cost me $700, including shipping and the duty fees they claimed to cover. I have sent numerous emails, but they have completely ignored my concerns. It seems I will need to reach out to my bank for a chargeback. Moreover, upon further investigation, I found very few comments or reviews about this seller. There are no positive reviews, and any negative feedback seems to have been removed. The seller has only been operating for a year and is advertised on social media platforms. I strongly suspect this is a dropshipping scam. Steer clear of this seller and consider contacting your bank for a chargeback.
