We ordered a 32-inch monitor with a stand on December 11, 2025. Initially, I was concerned it might be a scam, so I reached out via email on December 21. Shortly after Christmas, we received an email apologizing for the delay and informing us that our monitor would ship in the following days. On January 6, we received a notification from the shipping service that our package was on its way. We finally got it on January 9. I rated it 5 stars because it was well packaged and easy to assemble.
The monitor itself is made of metal, quite heavy, and very sturdy. The build quality is excellent. It comes with around 50 pre-installed apps, and the picture quality is impressive.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase.
