First off, outstanding customer service — I ordered a jacket that was way too large. I emailed and got a response within 24 hours. They asked me to send pictures of me in the jacket to evaluate the fit and actively worked with me to ensure I got the best fit possible. I only had to cover the additional shipping. So, the five stars really reflect their responsiveness and willingness to help resolve any issues.
