No stars at all. I received no order confirmation. When the jacket arrived, I inquired about the fabric color compared to what was advertised and the non-functioning jacket fasteners. I requested a return for a refund. There was no communication. I'm trying to recover my money through my credit card.

They asked me to send pictures of me in the jacket to evaluate the fit and actively worked with me to ensure I got the best fit possible. I only had to cover the additional shipping. So, the five stars really reflect their responsiveness and willingness to help resolve any issues.

The images on the website appear to be taken from the original product and edited (the inner label is blurred out, and some design elements are hidden). The jacket I got had noticeable differences in embroidery quality, missing inner pockets, and lacked any internal material label (despite claiming 'real wool and leather'). The wool felt synthetic (the sleeves seemed like they were made of leather), and no proof was provided that it matched the claimed fabric composition. While the website does mention 'reproduced,' it’s buried in a product description that otherwise mimics a high-end branded listing. There is no proper disclaimer alerting buyers that the photos used are not of the actual product being sold. To their credit, the seller eventually agreed to issue a full refund after I pointed out these issues, but this only happened after several emails and significant effort on my part. 🟠 If you still decide to buy from them, be aware that you are purchasing a fan-made replica — not the product shown in their images.
SCAM, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The item came from overseas. I received a complete knockoff that was a cheap version of what was advertised, poorly made, and looked nothing like the picture shown. The company does not respond; I had to dispute the charge.
STEER CLEAR! My order was placed in November, with delivery details stating 10 working days and up to 20 working days. After 20 working days, I had not received my order and there was no communication. I reached out and was told the item would arrive the following week and definitely before Christmas. Again, it didn’t arrive and I received no updates. I contacted them again and was promised $25 in compensation and that the item was on its way. The jacket arrived and it was nothing like expected, terrible quality, stitching coming apart, and scratches all over the leather. I have contacted them multiple times for a refund and to inquire about returning the item. The website states the item is too large for a normal return and I need to contact them. I still have not received a response, and I have not received my compensation. I now have no idea how to return this for a refund since they are ignoring me. Do not order from them!
