Ordered a lever belt and it came with a rusty lever. So much so, one screw would not come out. Katie in CS was fantastic. A new one was sent out...also covered in rust and in a beaten-up box. I'd expect more from what is supposed to be a more premium brand. They seriously need to sort out their stores/warehouse, as I've seen a few reviews mentioning similar issues with rust.
