I ordered 3 of their pillows 14 days ago. I received an order confirmation, including confirmation of payment.The email contains a link to view order status that does not work and haven't had any response to my email inquiry about the delivery date (12 days max).There has been no communication from them since the initial transaction.It's all starting to feel pretty dodgy to me. As it still hasn't been despatched I'm going to try and cancel my order.
