I ordered 2 medical items that I urgently needed and they were not delivered When contacting them I was advised to contact the delivery company This was there job !!! Not mine ! I did contact the delivery company with no response, absolutely ridiculous Then contacted stress free Australia again and informed them of this , again no response….. obtaining these items has been impossible and I am still in painDisgusting communication. Disgusting customer service, I will attempt to get a refund and let’s see how I go and I’m ready to contact department of fair trading, because I still have not had any response and still do not have my items that have been paid for Definitely not STRESS FREE Australia Don’t deal with them at any cost !!!!!
