It took a while because there was a fairly long line to pick it up. However, the entire process was very well organized. You could take a ticket and calmly track your turn on the electronic board while sitting in decent chairs with a cup of coffee from the cafe nearby. The staff offered alternative insurance options but weren't pushy, and they worked quickly and professionally. The car was new and clean. The exterior had several bad scratches, which I attribute to the simplified return procedure without a subsequent inspection.
