I am very disappointed with my experience with this service, especially as I have been a client since 2021. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's necessary to inform others about the service they might receive. Over time, I've faced ongoing issues with communication and professionalism, often feeling dismissed when I raised concerns. Recently, during a challenge, critical rules regarding check-ins and removals were not clearly communicated until after payment. Despite my efforts to provide proof of completion and explain personal issues, I was removed from the challenge over late submissions. The way I was treated as a paying client was unacceptable; my calm inquiries were met with rudeness, and I was even accused of being childish. I was threatened with legal action for merely questioning the service and seeking a refund, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, the communication was often disrespectful. After trying to provide constructive feedback and request a refund, I was blocked and removed from the platform while my posts remained visible to promote her. Although the coach is knowledgeable and the stretches helpful, the negative aspects far outweighed any positives, making my experience stressful. I wouldn't recommend this service based on how issues were managed.
