I contacted Chime to ask them why they were acting as a DBA of Stride Bank, and the call center manager didnt even know what a DBA was. How do you become a manager, and not understand what a DBA is. Furthermore, they claimed the call center was in California, but the bank location is in Oklahoma, which makes no practical business since. Then the debit card they sent me looks like something you would provide a 16 year old kid, who doesnt plan on utilizing the card very often. I would stay far away from this bank as its practices demonstrate basic knowledge on the banking system itself. Beware, they are going to worse than a bank like BOA.
