Not many reviews about this bank. Now I have a secured credit card with stride. Which is great and all and has improved my credit. For 2 years I’ve been on time with my other accounts also. Yet, they have denied me twice for a small personal loan. And when u contact customer service, they don’t explain in detail why. Reason:could not verify bank information. So I asked what is it that you need to verify? I’m told the same reason could not verify bank info. Try again in 30 days. Well it would be great if you tell me what to verify so when I do reapply I want have that issue. So I applied a 2nd time. Denied again. I make close to $40,000 before taxes. Since I’m at home with family. My housing is less than $500 a month. So I’mGood on funds. I need to open a few more accounts to increase my credit profile quicker. This is suppose to be a green loan. So it’s sucks for you Stride, I’ll hang on to my credit care with you. Because it did get me 40 points in a month. But I’m disappointed in being denied a personal loan. Not recommended.
