I am extremely disappointed by lack of service, support, accountability and serious approach that this medical equipment requires. I ordered on 31 st of July a Strideon for 4 weeks, explaining I am with a broken ankle, alone at home, already fell many times and I needed the strideon to be delivered asap, the 1 st of Aug. The Strideon did not arrive on the 1st, nor the 2nd... I called the lady who took the order, she most arrogantly said she called UPS, she can't do anything more to speed up and If I wanted she can give me the tracking number!After a dispute with her refusing to take responsibility and help, I chased UPS, only to realise she didn't really call and open a case.I also found out that she despite me explaining very carefully how my name is spelled and my address, she made mistake, twice, giving UPS wrong flat number as well spelling wrongly my name e mail, so I never received any order confirmation either.It's amazing how the costumer service think they have no responsibility for the delivery on time. ...I am updating this comment today 18th of Aug 2023, I still haven't received the refund. The company is again hiding behind 3rd party company Opayo... who needs at least 10 working days, maybe longer to make the refund. The person from customer service is so arrogant and with zero accountability. All the positive comments here are for the product, not the company... if I were you I would just rent it elsewhere! 6 weeks immobile, the arrogance ruined my birthday and made me dependent of 24/7 support. I so regret not ordering elsewhere.
