I ordered an item three weeks ago, and it's still marked as “processing.” I emailed support, and the auto-response states they will reply in 4-6 business days. It was originally marked for delivery in 2-3 days but now states 14+ days due to stock delays. I understand it's a new item, but the lack of updates is poor customer service and raises concerns about the order being completed (it’s a gift).
