I have never bought from such a bad company before. First of all it took me 1.5 months before I got the clothes. after that I found out that it is crappy quality so I send it back. They have the package but haven't returned my money yet it has been 1 month since they got it
I placed my order on December 11, and it is still in 'processing' status. I have not received any updates or clear information about my order. The service should at least keep customers informed about any delays or issues. This lack of communication is quite disappointing.

Everything was great; shipping was slightly delayed, but the package still arrived within the 14+ days mentioned on the website. The pieces are wonderful, the jacket keeps me really warm, and I love the design. No complaints; I will definitely order again!
I ordered an item three weeks ago, and it's still marked as “processing.” I emailed support, and the auto-response states they will reply in 4-6 business days. It was originally marked for delivery in 2-3 days but now states 14+ days due to stock delays. I understand it's a new item, but the lack of updates is poor customer service and raises concerns about the order being completed (it’s a gift).
