I recently bought a pair of athletic shoes as a Christmas gift, but they didn’t fit. The return process is frustrating; I had to send them back at my own expense, costing me $50. The total for the shoes and socks was $120, which feels unreasonable. The shoes were unworn, so I’m hesitant to buy more items that might not fit. It’s impossible to know the right size for a gift without understanding the product’s construction. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had regarding customer service. I spent $50 to return shoes that cost $100. I can’t even contact anyone directly for help. The socks didn’t fit either, and it’s ridiculous that I had to read the policy to deal with this. I’m determined to reach someone but will never recommend this company to anyone. Be cautious with this high-end brand!
