I was excited to try their shoes but faced issues with fit. The return policy is complicated, requiring an email with questions and a photo of the return. After clarifying my refund amount, I was informed I would receive store credit instead of cash back. I expected to get my full payment back and would have kept the shoes if I'd known. Now, I’m unwilling to try a different size or model. The customer service was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this company.
