Don't trust these guys! I ordered a pair of Chill Pill Transits from them over 2 weeks ago. After asking why my order was still pending shipping 4 days later, I got a reply from support (a whole 24 hours later) saying 'Oh, that's a bit odd, we'll look into it!'. Another week passed and I didn't hear anything back, so I tried to send an email to cancel my order (I have now purchased other trainers because of the abysmal waiting time), and I *STILL* haven't heard anything back from anyone about where my trainers are or about processing my refund. My last message to them was 6 days ago.Honestly, just don't bother. They clearly don't care much about their customers!
