I recently purchased a pair of athletic shoes as a Christmas gift, but they didn't fit. After returning them, I found out that I could only receive store credit after qualifying for the return. Living in Pennsylvania and sending the shoes back to California cost me $50. The total cost for the shoes and socks was $120. It's frustrating! The shoes were never worn, so why would I want to risk buying more items that might not fit? It's impossible to know the right size for a gift without understanding how the product is made. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had with an online purchase. The shoes were $100, and it cost me $50 to return them. Ridiculous! I couldn't even get a number to speak with someone. The socks didn't fit either; the men's large was tiny. How is a customer supposed to know that? I've never had to read a company's policy and deal with an issue like this before. I’m still trying to reach someone, but I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Avoid this high-end brand to prevent getting burned!
