Recently started Stripe as a payment getaway for my online store, got 2 orders and after the second one stipe disabled my account, even tho i submitted documents requested such as inventory proof and invoices for where i source the products from.
They will keep those funds locked for 120 days, i cant issue refunds to my customers neither transfer that money to my account.
When i contacted them to issue a refund for those orders they replied that they have to keep those funds locked in order to address any potential disputes.
What disputes ?
There are no other orders and i want them both refunded, i already informed my customers about issues with the payment processor and that those orders will be canceled and refunded.
Please take actions and issue those refunds as there is no reason at this point why you should keep them.
Also, stripe customer service is almost non existent, it looks like if anything goes bad you are on your own.
