I used Stripe’s crypto payment option to fund my MyEmailVerifier account and sent funds to the Ethereum wallet address provided during checkout. The transaction went through on the blockchain, but the value has still not been credited to my account.
When I contacted MyEmailVerifier support, they told me the payment had already been received on Stripe’s side. Unfortunately, Stripe has not provided any clear update or resolution, which leaves me stuck in the middle.
This is very concerning for a payment platform. Crypto transactions are irreversible, so users should be able to rely on accurate tracking and proper support. I hope Stripe looks into this and resolves the issue soon.
