In November, I noticed a strip of fabric showing on one slipper, and it turned out the outer fabric had separated from the sole. I reached out to the company and after several emails, they only offered a 30% discount on a future purchase. Given the premium price of their footwear, I expected a replacement for the slippers after only six months of indoor use. While the slippers are comfortable and supportive, the customer service did not meet my expectations. I would suggest considering other high-end footwear providers who value customer service as much as product quality.
