I find it hard to believe this is an operational company. Communication is poor or nonexistent, order processing takes too long, and returns are slow without a return form. I faced issues with lost returns and slow refunds, and they denied receiving a returned item. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had. It's a shame because the shoes themselves are fine.

I recently ordered slippers as a holiday gift and missed the guaranteed delivery cut-off, but the customer service team was fantastic and upgraded my shipping at no extra cost to ensure they arrived on time. I placed an order on the 6th of December and as of the 16th, I have emailed the sales team regarding my delivery. I ordered three pairs, they took my payment, but I have no updates on when I can expect my items. Exercise caution before ordering with this company; they seem to take your money without delivering the products.
I have a variety of shoes, boots, trainers, slippers, and insoles from the company. They are exceptional, very comfortable, and provide great support for my high arches and under pronation. I highly recommend them! The confirmation and delivery were also very prompt.
I received a pair of slippers as a gift in 2024. I didn’t start using them until June. In November, I noticed a strip of fabric showing on one slipper, and it turned out the outer fabric had separated from the sole. I reached out to the company and after several emails, they only offered a 30% discount on a future purchase. Given the premium price of their footwear, I expected a replacement for the slippers after only six months of indoor use. While the slippers are comfortable and supportive, the customer service did not meet my expectations. I would suggest considering other high-end footwear providers who value customer service as much as product quality.
The sandals are wonderfully comfortable and of great quality; however, I wear a size 9, and it's frustrating that the shoes only go up to size 8. Fortunately, the sandals are available in size 9. Please don't make those of us with larger feet feel even more excluded!
