I ordered two linen blazers. Before even opening the package, I sensed something was off. They turned out to be polyester blazers that look linen-like. The return policy claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, yet if you order clothes, there's a high chance they won’t accept returns, even if you never unpack them. It's ironic that they can’t resell items touched by skin, while one of my packages was never opened. Other retailers don't refuse returns based on such criteria. The quality is clearly inferior and not as advertised.
