If I could rate them zero, I would. Numerous items were damaged by untrained workers who didn’t know how to pack properly. They left behind valuable items that I have now lost. Their vehicles are inadequate for moving a three-bedroom house, and there are significant maintenance issues with them. The representative was rude and aggressive, making it impossible to reason with him. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would never use this service again. Don’t be fooled by their initial friendliness during quotes; once they have your money, their attitude changes. I plan to report them to trade standards as I believe they lack proper insurance for damages.
