I moved in under emergency circumstances due to domestic violence and left one of my sofas outside as they didn't even try to bring it inside. The staff were not in proper uniforms, wearing shorts that were quite revealing. I cannot recommend this service. I am pursuing further action due to damage to my furniture, which has been unjustly blamed on me. In my view, it's best to steer clear of this company at all costs! The responses regarding my complaint were rude and disrespectful. One representative was particularly unprofessional and insulting. I intend to take this further. Avoid at all costs.
If I could rate them zero, I would. Numerous items were damaged by untrained workers who didn’t know how to pack properly. They left behind valuable items that I have now lost. Their vehicles are inadequate for moving a three-bedroom house, and there are significant maintenance issues with them. The representative was rude and aggressive, making it impossible to reason with him. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I would never use this service again. Don’t be fooled by their initial friendliness during quotes; once they have your money, their attitude changes. I plan to report them to trade standards as I believe they lack proper insurance for damages.
We cannot praise this service enough for how they managed our move. From start to finish, they were professional, considerate, friendly, and incredibly strong. The team that wrapped our breakables was fantastic—quick and kind on what was a stressful day. The movers handled our heavy items, including a piano, with ease and maintained a polite demeanor throughout. Despite the terrible weather, they offered to return the next day to collect additional items we couldn’t pack in time. They even set up our beds for us. We are immensely grateful and would highly recommend this service to anyone.

This is an update on my previous review. I still advise against using this company. I have attempted multiple times to reach the representative, but none of the emails work, suggesting staff may no longer be with the company. A carpet cleaner was sent to my home, but I have not received any updates regarding the situation. Marks left by the movers are still on my carpet. There is no after-sales support, and it appears to be an unreliable operation. I will seek compensation through other channels.
This should have been a five-star review. I received recommendations for this service and received a reasonable quote for packing and moving. The office staff were accommodating as my moving date changed. However, after the move, items were missing, and I confirmed with the new homeowners that some belongings were left behind. I attempted to reach the representative, but he was never available. While the office staff were helpful, communication from the representative was nonexistent. This has been a frustrating experience.
Where to start?! This review highlights just a few of the issues faced by an elderly friend who hired this service based on past recommendations. The experience was vastly different this time. Unique ceramics were broken due to careless packing, and items were stuffed into the washing machine drum so tightly that it was impossible to retrieve them without breaking the box. Important storage items were misplaced, and there was no protection for fragile belongings. Despite numerous requests, original paperwork was never provided, and payments continued for vacated storage units. Initially, the representative was friendly but became unresponsive when issues arose. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company.
