I moved in under emergency circumstances due to domestic violence and left one of my sofas outside as they didn't even try to bring it inside. The staff were not in proper uniforms, wearing shorts that were quite revealing. I cannot recommend this service. I am pursuing further action due to damage to my furniture, which has been unjustly blamed on me. In my view, it's best to steer clear of this company at all costs! The responses regarding my complaint were rude and disrespectful. One representative was particularly unprofessional and insulting. I intend to take this further. Avoid at all costs.
