I am extremely disappointed with the company and their customer service. I've been a customer for years, and my latest purchase was a faux leather couch in July. After just a couple of months, the finish is peeling and the stitching is coming undone in one area. When I reached out to customer service, they essentially blamed me—claiming I used the wrong cleaning products. I've only ever used approved cleaners for faux leather, and the couch is used as intended... just for sitting. How can they attribute stitching issues to proper maintenance? What is the purpose of your one-year warranty then? It feels completely useless. I will warn everyone I know to avoid shopping here.
