I am deeply disappointed in the lack of leadership at this company. I am currently dealing with a physical safety hazard involving my Ravel bed, yet the Case Manager is actively blocking a resolution.
Instead of leading their team by example to solve a simple issue, this manager is refusing to provide a $5 replacement slat unless I provide the private purchase information of a former roommate who has moved out of the country. It is unprofessional to demand a privacy breach of a third party just to address a safety risk.
As a loyal customer who has had executive-level support in the past, it’s shocking to see how far the standards have fallen. Management should be sets the tone for helpfulness; instead, they are the ones creating the most friction.
I have never encountered such poor delivery service anywhere else. For 11 days, there were no updates regarding my delivery, and then out of the blue, a driver contacted me with a single time slot if I wanted my items before the holiday. Unfortunately, their schedule clashed with mine, so I was instructed to go to the warehouse to collect my items myself. This policy is absolutely absurd. If you wish to return items but lack a vehicle large enough to carry them, they will impose a fee even though the goods remain in their warehouse. I will not be shopping here again and will certainly advise others against it. There are numerous competitors offering much quicker, more accommodating, and significantly better delivery services.

I bought a sofa that emitted an incredibly toxic bromide odor that wouldn’t fade. I placed it by the window for two weeks, but the smell persisted. When I contacted the store, they said the only way to return it was if I paid for pickup and only offered partial store credit. This is unacceptable customer service, especially when better quality can easily be found elsewhere.
The furniture looks great, but the customer service is lacking! I ordered a bed and a chair, but they told me I had to wait for the chair to ship before they could send the bed. Why not send the available item first? The delivery scheduling process is frustrating and makes it feel like they want you to wait indefinitely. When I asked to change the chair's delivery method to store pickup, I was told it wasn't allowed. The chair won't even be available for two more months! Dealing with the representatives has been a headache, and I’m worried about the quality of my bed. I canceled the chair and will definitely shop elsewhere.
This week, I visited the store with my mom to purchase two chairs, and we were warmly welcomed by a very helpful sales representative. We also received excellent service from another professional staff member. Huge thanks to these ladies for making our shopping experience so enjoyable!
I would give zero stars if possible. I am extremely upset with the company. I’ve had my sectional for just three months, and I noticed a crackling noise from the start. Initially, I thought it was minor, but it worsened significantly. When I reported it to customer service, they dismissed my claim, saying I used it incorrectly. It’s unbelievable! They even tried to argue that having the sectional for three months made the problem my fault. I only requested a repair or replacement for the faulty part, not a full return. The customer service has been terrible, avoiding responsibility and showing no accountability. I will never shop here again and urge others to think carefully before purchasing.
I bought the Helio sofa, which is rated highly for durability, but within 10 days it started to pill. I was advised that this was normal and to use a fabric shaver, but that didn't resolve the problem. After a month, the sofa looked worn out, with extreme fuzzing and flat cushions. I requested a refund, but they wanted more proof and continually delayed the process. They finally offered a return, but with conditions that seemed unfair. Be cautious when buying from this retailer; their short return window should raise red flags about their commitment to product quality.
The customer service was awful. I liked their furniture style, although I think it’s poorly made. I will never shop here again as they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction after the sale. This has been the worst experience I've ever had!
