I have never and I mean never had a worst experience than Structube’s.Such a bad service.. from the sales person to the head office to the assistance Paula to the management folks. They act all nice before you buy then zero after sale service… zero… Also, Delivery is sooo bad (and not free) not taking care of products. Then they leave the delivery in front of the entrance door (the delivery folks say, we do not put them in the house.. we are not a moving company but a delivery company) then cheap material and bad quality. Doesn’t last. Also bad instructions to assemble… and last but not least, worst return and refund policy everrrr. My products fell on special 2 weeks after I bought them… and they wouldn’t match price. I compared with other stores and quite frankly Brick, Meuble RD, Tanguay, Home, Arluxx, and many local stores are wayyyy better. Do your research before you buy from Structube…
