I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product quality. After being a loyal customer for years, my latest purchase—a faux leather couch from July—has been disappointing. Within just a couple of months, the finish is peeling and there’s a seam that’s coming apart. When I reached out to customer support, they blamed me for using the wrong cleaning products, despite my assurance that I’ve only used the recommended ones. I don't have children and the couch is only used as intended—just for sitting. How can they justify the stitching issue when I've maintained it properly? What is the purpose of a one-year warranty if it offers no real protection? I will definitely be advising others to avoid shopping here.
