I expect a clear explanation:
• What methodology was used to calculate this amount?
• Where is this publicly documented?
• How can such a charge be considered acceptable?

To anyone considering using StubHub: stay away. Do not sell anything there. You are better off not listing your tickets at all than risking such absurd charges. This is not how a trustworthy platform behaves.
